Day of Discharge听In the lounge patients receive:
- Patient discharge summary
- Prescriptions, Notes for work
- Social Welfare Certs
- Administer last doses of IV Antibiotics / Medications
- Change of Dressings
Bet365官网 must be collected no later than 8pm. If you are collecting a patient you can park in the multi-storey car park. If you have a disabled parking permit there are spaces outside the front door if these are occupied there are also a number of spaces on the ground floor of the multi-storey car park.听 Wheelchairs are available to wheel patients upon discharge to the car park.
